  • The food delivered was spoiled, damaged, or not as described.
     
  • There was a billing or duplicate payment error.
     
  • The order was cancelled in advance, before preparation began.
     

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • If the food was consumed partially or fully, unless a clear issue is reported.
     
  • Delays caused by incorrect address or contact details provided by the customer.
     
  • Customer changes their mind after the food has been prepared or dispatched.
     
  • Minor taste preferences or dissatisfaction that isn’t related to food quality or error.
     

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  • Order details (time, items, and amount)
     
  • Reason for the refund request
     
  • Photos, if applicable (e.g., wrong or damaged items)
     
  1. Our team will review the request and respond within 24 hours.
     

4. Refund Method and Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be issued in the original payment method, or as store credit, based on your preference.
     
  • Refunds are usually processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
     

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled with no charge if done within 10 minutes of placing the order and before food preparation starts.
     
  • Cancellations made after preparation begins are not eligible for a full refund.
